MONICA
The MONICA Project demonstrates a very large scale IoT ecosystem that uses innovative wearable and portable IoT sensors and actuators with closed-loop back-end services integrated into an interoperable, cloud-based platform capable of offering a multitude of simultaneous, targeted applications. It is one of the largest scale IoT platform demonstrations ever thanks to cheap wearables and legacy Smartphones.

MovingLife
The MovingLife project delivered roadmaps for technological research, implementation practice and policy support with the aim of accelerating the establishment, acceptance and wide use of mobile eHealth solutions that will support lifestyle changes among citizens and improve disease management globally. The roadmaps addresses a broad group of fundamental issues such as: technology options for applications and services; options for new and improved medical guidelines; user empowerment, acceptance, ethics and privacy; socio-economic environments and policy and regulatory frameworks.

NET-EUCEN
The NET-EUCEN project established a European network of stakeholders with an interest in enhancing user-centricity in public services. The network is a multidisciplinary eGovernment community covering the whole supply chain: Users, associations, public administrations, software developers, services providers, cultural facilitators, researchers and experts. As a result the network will provide the European Commission with a set of guidelines about the citizen needs and applications of user-centric services which can also be used as a benchmark for public administrations.

PICASO
The PICASO project aims to research and demonstrate a service oriented, ICT based integration platform that will support collaborative sharing of care plans across sectors based on dynamic and personalised orchestration of care services. It will further provide a method for sharing patient information across all relevant formal and informal care providers using a unique, trust federated solution to the problem of data privacy in cloud based health systems.

REACTION
The REACTION project aims at improving long-term management of diabetes by providing a professional service platform for healthcare professionals, patients and carers. The project develops an intelligent ICT (Information & Communication Technology) platform with monitoring and feedback services that can assist healthcare professionals, informal carers and patients in managing diabetes insulin treatment, help patients understand their disease, support self-management and offer a safe environment by monitoring potentially life-threatening situations.

SENIOR
(SENIOR) was a 24-month support action which aims to provide a systematic assessment of the social, ethical and privacy issues involved in ICT and Ageing, to understand what lessons should be learned from current technological trends, and to plan strategies for governing future trends.

TeleCareLink
TeleCareLink will integrate two existing healthcare solutions: LinkWatch from In-JeT and CareConnect from KMD, into a new, open, Continua© compliant telemonitoring platform that can be used across healthcare and social care organisations to provide better services for citizens, their relatives and professional carers.The TeleCareLink platform is based on an open service-oriented architecture (SOA) as suggested in the Continua Health Alliance proposed reference architecture for telemedicine end-to-end solutions.
